I. Function instruction
Asepsis isolation system of filling machine (ISOLATOR, RABS) is purification equipment with vertical single direction flow, and supplying part Class A environment, separation for operator and machine
II. Structure introduction
This system include clean laminar flow cover, PC isolation water, glove operation device, wind speed and pressure difference tester, lamp group etc. The cover is made by SUS304, folding by metal plate, easy to be cleaned.
The isolator accept automatic stable speed laminar flow fan system, speed can be set in the range of 0.45m/s, the tester is made by stainless steel, and there is a controller can control the wind speed locking in the set speed.
The isolator system’s air flow shape is vertical and single direction, air go from up to down, the isolation water is made by SUS304 and PC plate. Each PC plate is single opened door which is easy to do maintenance and clean work. In every important place and place where need to do check, clean will install the oxidation-proof, corrosion-proof butyl glove, which is easy to operate.
The isolation system has a design of connecting mouth with stopper barrel, filled bottle, tool, moving truck and on the same time can design the connect mouth for plankton bacterium sampling, mouth for online suspended particles inspect tester. These design need to be made to client’s detail requirement.
